All the students wanted me to share the Hoe cake recipe!
Hoe Cakes
2 c. cornmeal
2t baking powder
1t salt
2 eggs
2c milk.
Oil for the griddle.
Mix all together and pour onto griddle like pancakes. Serve with butter if desired. Makes 12 cakes!
