5th grade Zoo Safari Sleepover!

The fifth grade Research Celebration was held at the Zoo on April 18 and 19, 2008.
We participated in the Zoo Safari Sleepover. A great time was had by all!

Ms. Sara was our zoo guide!

Thanks to Mrs. Sanchez! She was the only chaperone to survive the ordeal! :)
She also had the smallest sleeping bag!

After the 2 1/2 hour walk in the zoo!

When we first arrived! (I know they are out of order :) the blog pictures don't move like I think they should!)

Ms. Jean , one of the Zoo educator's showed us some animals up close.
We walked in the Zoo after dark for 2 1/2 hours! We saw so many animals. We went "behind the scenes". It was dark so the pictures did not turn out!

Then time for a snack, a movie and lights out!

The Cutest sleeping bag!

Who is this? I believe this child has many aliases!

The morning arrived!

The question of the night was do Zebras have black on white stripes or white on black stripes? Then also what about giraffes? Research time again? :)
